From: Tom Gronert Chairman, Board of Directors
Subject: Calling All Credit Union Members
We need your help!
Your credit union is managed by a volunteer board of directors and various committee members. These volunteers come exclusively from the credit union membership.
Those who serve on the board, do so for a term of 3 years and are elected by you at the credit union’s annual meeting in June. Over the course of time, participants retire or resign for various reasons. This year, there will be several positions to be filled. As a board member, you will assist in providing oversight and help develop policy for your credit union. You would devote an average of one hour a month to your respective duties.
Do you have an interest in participating on the board? Deadline date to have your name placed on the ballot for elections will be May 15, 2022.
If so, please contact myself or Diane Hall at dianehall@umm.edu, who heads the nominating committee. If you have any questions or need additional information please call Diane Hall, our credit union manager, at extension 1893.
If not the board, perhaps you would consider participation in one of our committees. Diane can answer your questions about that as well.
We are fortunate to have one of the highest rated credit unions in the area. We would hope that you will help us continue that achievement.
Thank you.
Office Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00am to 2:00pm.
